PD2DSY blink example not actually blinking despite successful flash

I’m on an M1 macos Sequoia 15.3.1
I have successfully (i think) installed puredata, pd2dsy gui software, and the daisy toolchain by carefully following the videos and wikis.

I am able to flash the blink.pd example to my daisy seed, but the LED does not actually blink. It does blink if I use C++ from VSCode.

My log file at pd2dsy_build.txt has this error, but I think that might not be an issue based on other posts I’ve seen relating to Error 74.

I looked at the discussion under with a similar title here, but I didn’t see anything relevant resolving my issue.

Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior before?
