Web programmer stuck on "Erasing memory"

Connected Daisy Patch to Macbook Pro, all looks fine on web programmer. Selected a program to upload and it got stuck erasing the memory - would not go any further. Any thoughts as to what is wrong?

Here are a couple of things to try:

Have you tried using a different cable?

Are you connected directly into your computer or going through a USB hub?

Are you using an up to date version of Google Chrome?

Have you tried uploading a different program?
