Pod | st link | mac : No DFU capable USB device available error 74: solved

hi all! i am trying to flash a pod_test.pd on my daisy pod using the st link but i keep getting the dfu error 74 even though i have tried putting the pod in dfu mode. am i missing any setp or config to successfully flash the test patch?

STLINK does not use DFU.
Specifically - what are you doing?

i was trying to flash a pure data patch on to my daisy pod
but i switched to manual build and was able to patch it successfully using the build files

python3 pd2dsy.py --board pod --no-build ~/Documents/sound/pure-data/8-step-sequencer/daisy-pod-8-step-sequencer.pd

make
make program
