This is probably a noob issue, but I am having difficulties opening the pd2dsy_gui on a mac. It opens in terminal and there is no user interface. Please help!

If so, could you share a screenshot of the terminal?
Which version of Mac OS do you have by the way?
And could you move the pd2dsyGUI folder to the inside of the Slavko folder and then try again?
I have put the pd2dsyGUI folder inside the Users/Slavko folder but it’s still giving me the same results.
I have Macbook Pro early 2015 with High Sierra 10.13.6
Ah I see, I think that pd2dsyGUI is not suited for OS that is older.
One of the lines in that screenshot reads “...(which was built for Mac OS X 10.15)...”
So here are your options:

Update your OS (which I totally understand is not ideal)

Let me know if you don’t want to update the OS, and I can check in with the team about a workaround

Try plugdata! It allows you to flash the patch directly from the app itself

Thank you Takumi.
I also had some Plugdata issues on my mac and I was unable to use it, so I switched to my Win10 computer and everything works fine there.
