Is it possible to send MIDI OUT (mini jack trs to 5 pin) to hardware (let’s say a Elektron Model Cycle for example) via the CV and/or audio outputs of the patch.Init() ?

No, that won’t work, just read a bit about MIDI and UART peripheral. It’s theoretically possible to add serial MIDI to any PatchSM based module by utilizing expander ports on its back, but that requires adding extra parts (including an optocoupler for galvanic isolation).
optocoupler is for midi IN.
