Just exploring the feasibility of using large IR files on the daisy.
I can run 512 and even 1024 Cab IRs with no problem but what about 1-2 seconds IR files (like long reverbs).
I am guessing that convolution is the only way to go but what would be the block size required? the latency and the CPU load? how far do you think we can go in number of taps? can I do parallel partial processing?
Any thoughts?
