How to Control LED Brightness with Potentiometer?

Hello, Noob here
I am having some troubles setting up the daisy seed. So the blink example works, when I compile a code to light up a led on D0 it works as well, but when I want to add a potentiometer on pin 22 (A0) , it doesn’t have any effect on the led. I connected all the grounds together, the pot works, led works, everything seems to be ok but it doesn’t work. Any tips?
