Happy New Year! STM32 study for 2026

Happy new year to all the daisy community! In 2026 I’ve decided I’d like to spend some time to better understand the underlying hardware that the seed is based upon, mainly the stm32 microcontroller. So far in my projects, I have found I can usually get by with just my DSP and coding knowledge and a few careful considerations I know tend to be important for embedded devices. Going forward, I would like to use my daisy projects as a vehicle to delve deeper into the world of stm32 and grow my knowledge here.

So a question for the more experienced daisy engineers, which topics in this vein do you think has best helped your daisy projects? One thing I see quite regularly is references to the HAL library which I’m not very familiar with so I assume this is a good place to start. Let me know what you all think
