The Daisy platform/environment can be an overwhelming experience for new people. If you know how to program you will be right at home, but even then, your choices of programming environment–Pure Data, Max MSP, Arduino IDE, VS Code–can feel intimidating.
People new to programming are turned off by VS and C++, so they gravitate to Pure Data, that looks like a simple, easy-to-use visual style of programming. Here is a YouTube channel that has dozens of pd tutorials that progress from absolute beginning to some pretty advanced stuff. Check it out:
