EEPROM for Saving Varialbles

Hi - is there any on board EEPROM? Coming from PIC programming so sorry if it’s a stupid question… I’m looking to save sets of parameters for each step of a basic sequencer - a bit like parameter locks on Elektron boxes. My plan was to write these to EEPROM but I haven’t as yet worked out how to do this on the Seed (or maybe I need external memory?). Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @AstralBloke - yes, there is both on-chip flash on the CPU and a larger flash on the seed.
