Hi, I’m having trouble connecting the DaisySeed to my computer. I have a MacBook, so I need a USB to USB-C adapter. I have a data transfer cable, and the connection used to work (almost always).
Now it doesn’t work anymore (Arduino IDE can’t find the serial port and plug data, when I flash a patch, it gives me the “invalid DFU suffix signature” error).
I tried using a USB-C data cable (without an adapter), but it doesn’t work.
I got a data transfer adapter, but it still doesn’t work. What could be the problem?
The invalid suffix DFU message ( 2 lines) is a warning, not an error. It always happens, ignore it. It’s the lines that follow that matter.
It’s probably best if you post a screen shot of the full output.
On my M1 MacBook Air, I use a USB C to USB A adapter, and I use a normal USB A to microUSB cable to the Daisy. Works perfectly.
