At the moment, there’s no plan as far as I know. But we can certainly consider it for the future.

Can you consider it faster? It’s 2025. Having to find a microUSB to USB-C cable specifically so I can program this thing is a bit annoying.
For a couple of bucks you can buy a ST-LINK V3 MINIE.
Other then it being USB-C. It’s also wildly faster, requires no button presses to put into bootloader and (the most important one really) enables you to debug!

I wanted to let you know that we currently have Seed prototype hardware with USB C on it, instead of micro USB.
No solid release date yet, but it should be out later this year.
In addition, all future hardware that we release will exclusively use USB C!
