Are there any examples connecting and controlling these boards with the seed? I would love to learn from some samples while i work it out!

There’s no special integration between them and pretty much nothing in common other than PCB color. Of course there’s nothing preventing you from connecting Seed to those modules or anything else that has analog inputs/outputs.
