Code in SRAM or QSPI

Just a quick check: If I already have a program running with APP_TYPE = BOOT_SRAM, do I have to just change to BOOT_QSPI and flash noramlly? or should I flash the bootloader and than change to QSPI like here: Problems loading in SRAM or QSPI

If you are using BOOT_SRAM then you are already using the bootloader.
