Can Daisy Patch SM store audio samples directly from Oopsy/Max?

I’m interested in if Max/Gen~ patches can directly upload audio in the Oopsy loader. Daisy SM can hold audio in it’s ram. At least seems that way.

So could you directly upload a bunch of loops? Or lots of wavetables?

Hi @ryan_pwm did you ever get an answer to this? Maybe under the #integrations topic you’d have more luck? I’m new to all this and haven’t messed with oopsy/max but hate seeing unanswered questions!

I did not. Would be a very neat trick if it could be done rather than wrangle SD files.

So far the only way i found to solve that is to include text based sample strings into a codebox .
So your program that acts as a player also will have to hold the hold the code for the waveforms.
And with like 50 kb available to read on top of oopsy housekeeping code, that will not be a big selection of waves…
