A8 A9 pins are not working as input with daisy bootloader

Hello dear community.
I want to use A8-A9 pins of Patch SM as an inputs. With a default settings, when a program is stored in FLASH everything works as expected. But when I move a program to a SRAM and use Daisy Bootloader, this pins stopped working. I assume that the problem is that this pins are connected to the Uart or USB DP/DM. Is it possible to use this pins somehow?

This is fixed using newer libDaisy with the new bootloader.
