CV didn't work on Patch SM

Hello! I have a patch submodule PCB. I have tried flashing it to check the LED blinking and it works great. My problem comes with the CV inputs. They don’t seem to work. I have tried examples from the web programmer (Pot input) and the LED always stays on. I have repeatedly checked all connections, tried 5V from another power supply… Nothing seems to make it work. The audio output works well, in other examples the output outputs a correct oscillator signal, but I find myself unable to change t…

This is exactly the problem I have since the beginning, CVs are not working and I checked again and again my wiring.

I do Eurorack modules with Arduino nano since long time now and I’m used to work on electronic components.

I took this Patch SM to make my life simpler but clearly, it doesn’t work.

No CVs (potentiometers) working and now, no output signal.

Maybe someone have an idea of what I can do about this problem?
