How many mA avaliable on a daisy seed GPIO outputs

Hi All,
Im looking to find out how many Milliamps are available on a daisy seed GPIO output to control a TLP222 Photocoupler/Relay.
The TLP222 requires at least 5mA to activate.

Under typical operation it’s +/- 8mA. After that I believe the voltage begins to sag until +/- 20mA.
Check page 237 of the H750 datasheet here.

With that being said, the TLP222 will work no problem!
